Your PBI Travel Checklist: Get ready for the conference

Summer is around the corner. Get ready to visit Canada for our fall’s can’t-miss industry event, the PBI conference! 


Here is a short checklist to get your travel arrangements rolling.


1. Register to the event

Fill out the registration form. Once you receive the registration confirmation email, you can move to step 2.


2. Do you need a visa?

The entry document you need will depend where you are traveling from, how you are traveling, and what documents you are traveling with. Find out if you require a visa to travel to Canada here


Please consider that application processes can take several months, so allow plenty of time to complete if necessary. More details can be found here


3. Make travel arrangements

Availability and rates of hotels in Ottawa can vary greatly. Booking your accommodations early is recommended to take advantage of our preferred hotel rates for PBI.
